You’re required to drink 20 or more glasses of water daily to avoid constipation, bad breath, drying of mouth, dehydration, dizziness, headache, and weakening. You can also drink Gatorade.

Follow instructions

    So far, ang ganda ng effects niya sakin after 3 days of using it. I used several slimming products pero so far, this has the quickest and strongest effect sa akin in just days. Humina agad appetite ko. We'll see if after a week kung gaaano kalaki ang malo-lose kong weight.
