1. What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
For local orders, we will send your orders via LBC, which takes up to 1-2 day/s of delivery. Use our website’s shopping cart or contact us +63917 8882999 to order. Orders from any part of the Philippines are shipped via LBC delivery after the payment has been credited to our PesoPay account, Bank account. Please take note that our daily cut-off is 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Order details and payments received after 4:00 PM will be shipped the next day. Orders received on weekends will be sent on Monday. Tracking numbers of the LBC package will be sent through SMS after 7PM.

3. Why does my Order Status show “payment pending”? Should I re-create a new order?
Most payments are processed immediately. Once the order has been confirmed you will receive a confirmation email with delivery details. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at https://[email protected]/ and do not re-create your order to prevent duplication.
